Cleaning campaign at Tungku Beach

A beach cleaning campaign at Tungku Beach was organised as part of the Ministry of Development's "Hari Mesra Pelanggan" programme. It was also held to mark Earth Day and World Water Day. Among those who took part in the campaign were Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Development Dato Paduka Dr Awg Hj Mat Suny bin Hj Mohd Hussein, Permanent Secretary (Admin and Finance) Awg Hj Mohd Rozan bin Dato Paduka Hj Mohd Yunos, Acting Permanent Secretary (Technical and Professional) Hj Mohd Zin Hj Awg Salleh, heads of departments, heads of units, officers and staff at the ministry, village heads, penghulus, village residents as well as the 'Beach Bunch' volunteers.
